RIOT ACT: Pittsburgh Police Brace for ‘RIOTS’ Over Mueller Investigation
The Pittsburgh Police Department is on high-alert over special counsel Robert Mueller’s months-long Russia probe; telling its officers to prepare for “riots” should President Trump abruptly remove the special counsel.
“Pittsburgh Police Commander Victor Joseph sent out an email to officers Wednesday saying ‘there is a belief that President Trump will soon move to fire Special Prosecutor Mueller,’ which “would result in a large protest within 24 hours of the firing,” writes Fox News.
“Based on this information, beginning tomorrow, April 19, 2018 all Major Crimes detectives are required to bring a full uniform and any issued protective equipment (riot gear) with them to work until further notice,” added Joseph.

The move comes as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell refused to move forward on legislation that would “protect” Mueller from being fired; saying there was no reason to vote on the bill at the moment.
