Muhlenberg College has reached a deal to settle complaints that a professor's comments and social media posts created a hostile environment for Jewish students. Under the agreement, Muhlenberg agrees to review all complaints against that professor, provide training to all employees responsible for investigating complaints of discrimination and review its response to previous reports of harassment and discrimination.

Bethlehem police say a Thursday night shooting in the city was part of a drug deal. Bethlehem police say 30-year-old Altaron Robinson was shot when he tackled 17-year-old Gianni Santini, outside of Governor Wolf Elementary School. Investigators say Santini had robbed Robinson during what was supposed to be a drug deal. Robinson, of Allentown, died from his injuries Friday afternoon. Investigators say Santini and Robinson connected via social media to have Robinson sell Santini about $320 worth of marijuana. Robinson and an Allentown woman drove to Bethlehem around 9:30 p.m. to meet with Santini, who then allegedly got into the back of Robinson’s car, pulled out a handgun and stole the marijuana and two purses. He got out the vehicle and fled on foot and police say Robinson chased after him and tackled him to the ground. It was at that point, Santini allegedly shot Robinson.

A father is facing charges after he allegedly killed his own son in Schuylkill County. Police say that on Saturday night, 67-year-old John Gustites called police to report that he had shot and killed his son inside a home on Franklin Street in East Union Township. The son, 42-year-old John Gustites, was found dead in a bedroom inside the home. Police say the father told police that an argument over a family vehicle led to the son allegedly trying to attack his father with a screwdriver, which led to the father opening fire on his son. The father faces several charges, including third-degree murder and aggravated assault.

The City of Allentown says the FBI's latest "Summary of Crime in the Nation" shows the city has cut violent crime like murder, robbery and aggravated assault, by 3.4 percent. Mayor Matt Tuerk says the improved numbers shows the city's emphasis on what he calls smart investments in public safety are making a difference.

Two brothers from Pennsylvania could be facing prison time for what they did on January 6th. Matthew and Andrew Valentin of Stroudsburg pleaded guilty last week to felony charges connected to the riot at the U.S. Capitol. Prosecutors say the brothers pushed a barricade gate into police officers at the Capitol, and Matthew Valentin admitted that he sprayed something at officers the same day. The FBI identified them from video shot on January 6th, and arrested them back in February. The brothers will be sentenced in January.

Baseball's hit king, Pete Rose, has died at the age of 83. Rose passed away Monday at his home in Las Vegas. Rose accumulated 4256 hits over a career that spanned 24 seasons, but was banned from the sport after it was determined he bet on games. Rose played most of his career for the Cincinnati Reds, but also spent five years with the Philadelphia Phillies, winning the World Series with them in 1980.

Basketball Hall of Famer Dikembe Mutombo is dead at the age of 58. The NBA confirmed Mutombo passed away after a battle with brain cancer. Mutombo played 18 seasons in the league with the Denver Nuggets, Atlanta Hawks, Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Nets, New York Knicks, and Houston Rockets.
