Beginning next week, high school students from across the Lehigh Valley will be adding some holiday cheer at Lehigh Valley International Airport. Choral students from a dozen schools will be performing at the airport's Main Terminal and the Wilfred M. "Wiley" Post, Jr. Departure Concourse. The airport's Annual Holiday Concert Series kicks off with the Festival of Trees Tuesday.

Two people are dead following a crash in Monroe County. The accident happened yesterday evening at routes 715 and 611 in Tannersville. Authorities say a man and a female were pronounced dead at the scene, both were the drivers of the vehicles involved. The cause of the crash is still being investigated.

A Monroe County man is facing attempted murder charges after he allegedly shot a moving vehicle. The incident happened over the weekend on Clarks Road in Paradise Township when Benjamin Stitt of Cresco fired several rounds at a car. The vehicle sustained multiple bullet holes. The Monroe County District Attorney's Office approved attempted homicide charges brought against Stitt.

The Pennsylvania Department of Public Health says infections from the flu have surpassed the peaks of five previous seasons. The virus usually hits its highest level in late January or February, but officials say hospitalizations across the state are the worst they've seen in at least ten years.

District Attorney Larry Krasner is making every attempt to keep his job. Krasner is suing to stop an effort by state lawmakers to remove him from office. The D-A has been under fire for alleged misbehavior in office. Lawmakers have said Krasner picks and chooses which cases he looks to pursue. Krasner has already been impeached by the House while the State Senate will start next month.

New Jersey is one of seven states suing big oil companies over issues related to climate change. The Garden State is taking ExxonMobil, Shell Oil, Chevron, BP, and ConocoPhillips to court. The other states serving papers are Rhode Island, Delaware, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Vermont. They are citing claims of liability and fraud.

At this spring's NFL Draft, the Titans traded wide receiver A.J. Brown to the Eagles. Sunday, Brown made his former team pay. Brown hauled in eight catches for 119 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the Eagles' 35-10 win. He said he tried to ignore the opponent leading up to Sunday afternoon. "Of course, I wanted to have a good day, but I kept my emotions down all week and just focused on what I needed to focus on. Today, I ran out and let it all loose," Brown said The Eagles are now a NFL-best 11-1. They'll play the New York Giants this Sunday.

Penn State is heading to the Rose Bowl. The Nittany Lions will take on Utah January 2nd in Pasadena and head coach James Franklin couldn't be happier. "Obviously, the history and tradition of the Rose Bowl speak for itself. We had a phenomenal experience last time we were involved and our players and staff could not be more excited about making the trip again," Franklin says. This will be Penn State's fifth Rose Bowl appearance.
