Here's what's trending for July 28.

The Lehigh Valley is getting a presidential visit this afternoon. Air Force One is expected to land at noon today at Lehigh Valley International Airport. From there, President Biden's motorcade is expected to head to Mack Trucks' Lower Macungie Township plant for a tour and a speech at 2 o'clock. State police say traffic could be affected on major roads like routes 22 and 222 and I-78 from as early as 10am to as late as 5pm. President Biden's speech is expected to focus on manufacturing, buying American-made products and supporting good-paying jobs.

The state is not planning on issuing a mask mandate for schools despite the CDC's guidance. The CDC recommends that everyone in schools wear a mask regardless of their vaccination status. Pennsylvania Department of Education officials are recommending that schools follow that guidance, but no mandates are being issued. Officials continue to encourage all eligible individuals to get fully vaccinated to protect themselves and their loved ones.

The CDC is telling Americans that it's time to get mask up regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status. Does that mean another mask mandate is coming in Pennsylvania? Gov. Tom Wolf says no. "I understand companies and especially health care that are considering doing that but there isn't any state mandate," the governor says. Wolf says the state's previous mask mandate came before there was a vaccine and with the vaccine now readily available he doesn't believe there's a need for another one.

Hundreds of Pennsylvanians may be at risk of losing their homes as the COVID-19 eviction moratorium is set to expire this week. The moratorium's original end date was extended to July 31st. State officials urge those who are at risk of eviction or utility turn-off due to the pandemic to apply for the emergency rental assistance program as soon as possible to get some help.

Two teenage boys are now facing charges after the Stroudsburg High School had to be locked down due to a possible active shooter. The incident happened yesterday morning when police received an anonymous tip about a possible threat with a firearm. Upon further investigation, authorities determined that there was no active shooter. However, a 14-year-old boy was charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and possession of instruments of crime and another 14-year-old boy was charged with possession of weapon on school property for having a b-b pellet gun.

Another group of firefighters from the state is heading to Idaho to help fight wildfires. The group of 20 is expected to be in Idaho and ready for duty by Friday. This is the third group of firefighters to be sent out by the state to battle wildfires in the west.

The PA Supreme Court says the sentence given to the man convicted of killing three people in a drunken driving crash on I-83 was illegal. It's likely 32-year-old Jack Satterfield will have his 28-and-a-half to 63-year-prison sentence altered because the judge imposed three three-to-six-year terms for leaving the scene of the crash when he should have received just one sentence.
