Parkway Lanes in Allentown has been sold again and this sale means bowling will not be coming back to the site. The closed bowling alley was sold last month to a self-storage company, which plans to turn the property into a self-storage facility. Parkway Lanes was sold to Abe Atiyeh in 2017, who in turn sold the property at the end of December. StorHouse paid nearly $2 million for the soon-to-be former bowling alley.

the attorney for former penn state football player isaiah humphries says he believes there will be 'more' teammates who will go public with complaints about hazing incidents in the program. "This was a display of humiliation, emasculation. They would be taken down, restrained and then while restrained they would simulate sexual acts," says Steve Marino. The federal suit claims that when Humphries told the coaching staff, including head coach james franklin, about the hazing, he was ignored and was retaliated against.

The Centre County DA has made comments about allegations of hazing within the Penn State football program. "These investigative reports have been reviewed by our office. As of today's date, that investigation does not substantiate the serious allegations made," says Bernie Cantorna. He says there's not enough evidence to bring criminal charges.

A request from the former police chief of Weissport has been denied. A Carbon County judge rejected motions from Brent Getz to have his trial moved to another county or to get a jury from another county as well as a motion to suppress evidence. Getz, along with Gregory Wagner, are accused of raping a child for several years.

A true music legend is coming to this summer's Musikfest. Willie Nelson will be at the Wind Creek Steel Stage on August 5. Tickets go on sale to the general public one week from today. Nelson has released more than 200 albums and won 12 Grammys over his six decades in music.

It appears we'll be getting our first decent snowstorm of 2020 tomorrow. "Snow will break out late tomorrow morning. We're talking about between 10 and as late as noon. Then, the rest of the day will just be kind of snowy," says Accu-Weather's Joe Lundberg. He expects two-to-four inches of snow before it changes over to sleet, freezing rain and plain rain later in the day.

New research shows that the spotted lanternfly is costing the Pennsylvania economy $50 million every year. Penn State economists have been looking into the financial impact on industries affected by the pest. they say vineyards, nurseries and other businesses lose $29 million alone. They also claim the spotted lanternfly has wiped out hundreds of jobs. Those researchers fear that, if the insect spreads statewide, it would cause $325 million in damage and lead to thousands of jobs being lost.

Pennsylvania is one of 13 states suing to stop cuts into the food stamp program. Attorney General Josh Shapiro says if the cuts go through, about 80,000 Pennsylvanians will be impacted. As of now, the change is set to go into effect on April 1st.

Officials with the Tree of Life synagogue are issuing a warning about someone posing as them asking for a favor. They say an email is being sent appearing to come from Rabbi Hazzan Jeffrey Myers to members of the congregation, but it is actually a scam. The email requests members respond to a request for a favor. There's no word as to what that favor could be, but synagogue officials say the email didn't come from them.

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy says he's going to unveil a plan to get the Garden State to a 100-percent clean energy financial system in 30 years. NASA and NOAA stated Wednesday that they have determined that 2019 was the second hottest year on record and that the last decade was the hottest decade on record. In response, Murphy announced Thursday that in two weeks he'll be revealing New Jersey's "Energy Master Plan", which is intended to achieve a completely clean energy economy by 2050.
