Gunther Poll: President Trump has a chance to replace them with younger, but still conservative justices?
- Yes. We need to keep the conservative majority on the court for as long as possible.
- Yes. We should learn from what happened to Democrats when Ruth Bader Ginsburg didn't retire and then died during President Trump's first administration.
- Yes. Because if Democrats gain control of the Senate in November, no Trump nominee would stand a chance of confirmation.
- No. Alito and Thomas are reliable conservative votes on the Supreme Court. Leave them be!
- No. There's no guarantee that a Trump appointee would be anywhere close to as conservative as Alito and Thomas are.
- No. I don't want to risk having a nominee be chosen but never come up for a vote before this administration leaves.
