Thirteen people are facing felony charges tied to an alleged drug trafficking ring operating out of Carbon County, Pennsylvania — with nine already in custody and four still at large.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Tuesday (March 10) that his office, working alongside several local police departments, filed charges against 13 individuals suspected of running a network that brought fentanyl, methamphetamine, and other illegal drugs into the region.

The nine people arrested and charged are: Alfred Singleton Jr., 58, of Lansford; Megan Yarnell, 39, of Lansford; Ashley Yarnell, 40, of Nesquehoning; Logan Loveless, 26, of Jim Thorpe; Joseph Hollan, 50, of Summit Hill; William Daniel Hawk Jr., 46, of Nesquehoning; Michael Andrejco, 41, of Weissport; John Mika, 43, of Lehighton; and Trista Hosier, 30, of Weissport.

Four suspects remain at large: Rebecca McMunn, 48, of Lansford; Dameion Jackson, 47, of Philadelphia; Leanna Altemose, 39, of Lehighton; and Carl Christman, 46, of Lehighton. All 13 face felony drug trafficking offenses.

Sunday said in a statement, "Drug trafficking poisons communities of every size — from major cities to the smallest towns. This operation sends a clear message: if you bring illegal drugs and risks of violence into our neighborhoods, you will be held accountable."

The AG's office said the group operated throughout Carbon County. Investigators served search warrants and arrest warrants as part of the operation. The Carbon County District Attorney's office, along with police departments in Lehighton, Nesquehoning, Lansford, Jim Thorpe, and Franklin Township, all assisted in the investigation.

The four suspects still wanted by authorities have not yet been taken into custody. It is not yet clear when or where they may be apprehended.
