- 9:40am- Emily Rae, Senior Counsel at the Liberty Justice Center, is talking about a lower court ruling that would allow a New Jersey school district to keep secrets from parents about their own minor children. Should parents know if their kids want to change pronouns at school? The parents say yes. The school district says no. Emily discusses it today.
