Here's what's trending for January 6.

We're getting our first snowfall of 2025 today. "We are going to see snow this morning and probably a little bit into the afternoon hours. Probably by late afternoon though it's pretty much all done," says Accu-Weather's Joe Lundberg. He isn't expecting much here, with one-to-two inches of snow expected. Double that could fall to the south of the Lehigh Valley and little or nothing is expected to the north of the Lehigh Valley.

Five people are out of their home after a Sunday fire in Allentown. Jonathon Seed is an Allentown Fire Marshall and describes what crews saw when they arrived on the scene just before 10am. "When we arrived there we had multiple people exiting the building. One of the tenants was being taken out by a neighbor as the firefighters were arriving, so we assisted her out," Seed says. The fire happened at a rowhome in the 1200 block of West Chew Street. One person suffered what is described as a minor injury. The cause of the fire remains undetermined at this point.

Pennsylvania State Police are reporting fewer DUI arrests during this year's New Year's celebration. The Beaver Stadium Press Box was demolished Saturday morning. The Beaver Stadium press box, which was original to New Beaver Field, was disassembled and moved from New Beaver Field to Beaver Stadium following the 1959 season, along with the grandstands. The press box was expanded to its current configuration in 1980 with additions on either side of the original press box to nearly double its size. The demolition of the Beaver Stadium Press Box is the start to a large-scale demolition of the upper West side of Beaver Stadium. There will be workers on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the next six weeks to demo, clear and prep the area for the construction that will take place prior to the 2025 season.

The Eagles backups played nearly the entire game Sunday and beat the Giants 20-13. Eagles coach Nick Sirianni says being able to rest his starters was a big deal. "We were able to kind of create our own bye week after not having a bye week since week five. Anytime you can get the guys a rest this late in the season, it's huge to be able to do that," Sirianni says. Next up for the Eagles is a matchup with the Green Bay Packers this Sunday afternoon at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles and Packers will kick off Sunday at 4:30. The Eagles are early four-and-a-half point favorites.
