>Recount Underway In PA Senate Race
(Harrisburg, PA) -- The recount in Pennsylvania's U.S. Senate race is underway. WGAL-TV reports Lancaster County started on Monday, but counties have until Wednesday to begin their recounts. The results must be reported to the Secretary of State's Office by November 27th. NBC News reports Republican Dave McCormick holds a lead of two-tenths-of-a-percent over incumbent Democrat Bob Casey. The recount started the same day as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that counties must stop counting mail-in ballots that don't have a correct handwritten date on the return envelope.
