Allentown police are investigating a shooting downtown that reportedly injured multiple people. According to WFMZ-TV, officers were called to the 100 block of North Seventh Street near the PPL Center yesterday evening. City officials said Allentown police took "quick, decisive action" and there is no ongoing threat to the public. It is unknown how many people were injured, but authorities say there were no fatalities.

A car crashed after driving the wrong-way down Route 33 Saturday night. The Pennsylvania State Police say it happened about 6:30 p.m. Saturday between the Route 209 and I-80 exits. Troopers say the driver of a car crashed into an SUV that was trying to swerve out of the way. The car's driver died in the crash, a couple of people in the SUV were taken to the hospital because of their injuries.

A 19-year-old man was killed in an all-terrain vehicle accident in Carbon County. It happened Saturday night on Fawn Road in Penn Forest Township. Officials say Joshua Beck lost control of his ATV, left the road and was killed.

As the school year is set to kick off, some employees in the Bethlehem Area School District are striking. The district announced that its clerical and secretarial workers have decided to strike today, the first day of school. It said school will go on as planned, and "negotiations will continue in pursuit of a fair agreement." On Sunday, the union called on its members to support workers on the strike at pickets at every school and administration building on Monday morning until an agreement is reached "that treats our members with dignity and respect for the job they do day in and day out!"

There continues to be unanswered questions about a stabbing last week in Carbon County that sent a man to the hospital. It happened last Thursday in Weissport. The Pennsylvania State Police say they arrested 42-year-old David Osenbach for stabbing a man several times. They are not yet identifying the victim, saying what prompted the attack, or saying if the men knew each other. Osenbach is being held on a 75 thousand-dollar bond on aggravated assault charges. He's due in court next week.

Firefighters rushed to a hospital in Bucks County on Sunday night. Fire was reported at Grand View Hospital in West Rockhill Township. Crews struck two alarms, and multiple fire departments responded to the scene. No evacuations were reported, as of 9:45 p.m. Crews were still trying to track down the source of the fire. The hospital was temporarily closed as crews work.

Former president Donald Trump is making another stop in Pennsylvania this week. The Trump campaign has announced he is holding a rally in Johnstown on Friday. Trump has made several trips to the Keystone State since the assassination attempt in Butler County last month. The rally Friday will be held at First Summit Arena at the Cambria County War Memorial.

A brand of apple juice sold by Walmart is being recalled by dozens of states, including Pennsylvania. Select packages of eight-ounce bottles of Great Value apple juice, sold in six-pack plastic bottles, are being recalled due to what is described as an elevated level of inorganic arsenic. The specific UPC Code and 'best if used by date' of the affected product can be found on the FDA's website. The FDA says that 95-hundred impacted cases were sold at Walmart stores in 25 states.

This week, all rides on New Jersey Transit -- including trains, buses and light rail -- will be free of charge. The free fare week runs through next Monday, September second. Riders who bought a monthly ticket will automatically receive a 25-percent discount on their September monthly pass purchase. Governor Phil Murphy says the free fare week is meant to thank commuters after the summer of delays and cancellations on the transit system. Murphy says -- although many of the problems were because of Amtrak issues -- some of them have been NJ Transit's fault.

A funeral mass for the late New Jersey Congressman Bill Pascrell Junior will be held Wednesday at Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Paterson. Visitation is set for tomorrow night from three until eight p.m. In lieu of flowers, his family is asking for donations to the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey, Eva's Village of Paterson or the Kessler Foundation. Pascrell passed away last Wednesday at the age of 87 after serving nearly three decades in Congress.

Florida is celebrating a Little League Baseball World Series title. The team from the Lake Mary Little League in Lake Mary, Florida beat Chinese Taipei 2-1 in extra innings to win the Little League World Series Championship. With the game tied 1-1 in the bottom of the eighth, Chinese Taipei pitcher Chiu Wei-Che threw a ball bunted by Florida's Hunter Alexander to an uncovered first base. Lathan Norton scored on the play, giving Florida its first Little League Baseball World Series title in state history.
