>>Panera Bread Request Jury Trial in Caffeinated Lemonade Lawsuit

(Philadelphia, PA) - Panera Bread says its caffeinated lemonade is not responsible for the death of a Pennsylvania college student. The family of Sarah Katz filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the company last October. They say the University of Pennsylvania student died in 2022 after drinking Panera's "charged lemonade." Her family has said that she had a heart condition. Panera's Company leaders have requested a jury trial in the lawsuit, which has been filed in the Eastern District court of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
