Some State Lawmakers Refusing Paychecks

(Harrisburg, PA) -- There are now about a dozen state lawmakers who are refusing to accept a paycheck until the budget impasse is resolved. Go Erie dot com reports the lawmakers from Central Pennsylvania include Republican State Representatives Jamie Flick, who represents Lycoming, and two lawmakers from Lancaster, Tom Jones and Brett Miller. Representative Flick is one of three lawmakers who've pledged to go without being paid through August if the budget negotiations continue to remain stalled.
