State Police in Monroe County are asking the public to help locate a wanted man. Sunday marked Pennsylvania's birthday. 342 years ago yesterday was the day England's King Charles the Second gave William Penn the Charter Contract for Pennsylvania and that document was on display Sunday in Harrisburg. "The state archives cares for any record that the state government has to keep forever. We have 250-million documents in the state archives. But the charter you're here to see today is document number one. It is the birth record for the state," says state archivist David Carmichael. Gov. Josh Shapiro and his wife were among those on hand to view the document.

St. Rep. Scott Conklin has introduced legislation that he says would help save lives of domestic abuse victims. His proposal called "Traci's Law" would allow electronic monitoring of people who've had protection from abuse orders filed against them. He says the bill builds on Act 79 of 2018, which requires a person subject to a PFA to relinquish their firearms. Conklin says that nearly half of the other states in the country have similar laws.

Garden State drivers are having to dig deeper into their wallets to fill up their vehicles at the gas pump these days. On CBS's Face the Nation, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy was asked if he has any interest in running for president in 2024. "I will say this. I am 1000 percent behind President Biden and I really haven't looked beyond that," Murphy said. Murphy says he's certain President Biden will run and he thinks the president has had a great run to date.

Senator Bob Menendez is calling for Mexico to step up policing south of the border. "Mexico has a responsibility, first and foremost, to its own citizens to establish safety and security within its own territory and to those who visit its country as well," Menendez said on NBC's Meet the Press. The New Jersey Democrat explained that while the U.S. can help by providing intelligence or guidance, Mexico needs to step up enforcement to protect its own citizens and visitors alike. This comes after four Americans were kidnapped and two of them killed shortly after crossing the border from Texas.
