Friends and family are stunned after the death of a 16-year-old Allentown Central Catholic student. After being involved in a crash with a tractor-trailer early Saturday morning, Ryan Carbone apparently got out of his vehicle to warn drivers of the accident. That's when he was struck and killed by another tractor-trailer. Father Mark Searles says the family is relying on faith to get them through the ordeal. "How could a terrible tragedy happen to them. But they have a trust that he's with God in a better place and will see him again. It's the beautiful hope of our faith," Searles says. Searles describes Ryan as a great friend, student and part of the Allentown Central Catholic family. A GoFundMe page has been established for the family.

After completing just six of 15 passes, Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz was removed from the game in the third quarter and replaced by rookie Jalen Hurts. Head coach Doug Pederson explains why he made the move. "I just felt that we needed that spark today whereas in the past I felt that it could've been injuries in other spots. It could've been the way other positions had been playing, not necessarily the quarterback position at the time," Pederson said. Hurts ended up going 5-for-12 with a touchdown and interception in the Eagles 30-16 loss at Green Bay. Pederson declined to say who his quarterback will be this Sunday when the Eagles take on the Saints.
