Here's what's trending for February 18.

Both local electricity providers have restored almost all service after Sunday and Monday's very strong winds. PPL reports only two dozen outages across its service area, while First Energy says more than 4000 of its customers remain in the dark this morning. More than half of them are in Berks County and more than 200 outages are still reported in Northampton County.

At least 30 people have been displaced from their homes in Allentown because of an overnight fire. It happened on North 3rd Street. Three firefighters sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital. They are expected to be okay. The cause of the fire remains unknown.

Bethlehem Mayor William Reynolds says it's not his city's responsibility to enforce federal immigration laws. His police commissioner says she agrees and says the police department does not have the authority to do it. "What we're focused on in those state and local laws and the delivery of the best public safety services that we can to our community," Kott says. Earlier this month, Bethlehem City Council was urged to pass an ordinance to try to achieve a so-called 'welcoming city' designation for illegal immigrants. Kott says cooperation among federal, state and local law enforcement is critical to public safety and that the proposed law would limit that cooperation.

A Monday afternoon fire has displaced two people in Lehigh County. The fire began around 12:30 inside a garage attached to a home on North Loop Road in Washington Township. That fire spread to the home. Investigators say the garage is a total loss, while the house's roof collapsed. Nobody was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Dorney Park is reminding riders of a roller coaster in Kansas City who the Super Bowl champions are. The park's flag is at the top of the Detonator ride at Worlds of Fun along with a Philadelphia Eagles flag. It's the result of a bet between the two amusement parks on the Big Game earlier this month. A picture of the two flags was posted by Worlds of Fun on Monday.

Beginning May 7, Pennsylvanians will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license/photo ID card, or another form of federally-acceptable identification to board a domestic commercial flight or enter a federal building or military installation that requires ID. With that in mind, PennDOT's Aimee Inama says they're offering special dedicated times at driver license centers to help Pennsylvanians get their REAL ID. "People are wanting their REAL ID. So, in order to meet that demand and help people get a REAL ID, we're offering people special hours on these select Mondays so that they have that additional option," Inama says. On Monday, February 24, the PennDOT Driver License Centers on Blakeslee Boulevard in Lehighton and in the 25th Street Shopping Center in Easton will offer those dedicated REAL ID hours from 10am-2pm. Monday, March 3, the same services at the same time will be offered at the PennDOT Driver License Center on MacArthur Road in Whitehall and then on Monday, March 24, the PennDOT Driver License Center on Hoover Avenue in Allentown will also offer those REAL ID services from 10am-2pm. You will be able to have their documents verified at the event and then should receive their REAL ID later in the mail.
