Here's what's trending for June 24.

Less than two weeks after an I-95 overpass collapsed thanks to a raging tanker truck fire beneath it, that overpass reopened Friday at noon. Gov. Josh Shapiro says it was great to see. "Let this serve as an example of how Pennsylvania can do big things. That when we come together, when we are determined, we can get stuff done," Shapiro said at the collapse site. The stretch of I-95 will go from four to three over the temporary lanes and have a reduced speed limit of 45 miles per hour. PennDOT says the temporary lanes are 11-feet wide, as opposed to the traditional 12 feet.

With a week to go until the Pennsylvania budget is due, the Senate Appropriations Committee has pared down the House spending bill passed earlier this month. Dauphin County Democratic St. Rep. Justin Fleming says he's not a fan. "We cannot cut our way to a good budget. We just can't do it. We finally have the resources to tackle these problems and we can't bury our heads in the sand and pretend that that's not the case right now," Fleming says. The Democratic-controlled House sent a $46.4 billion budget to the Senate which was more than what Gov. Josh Shapiro had requested.

Pennsylvania is one step closer to expanding a ban on texting while driving. The Pennsylvania Senate has voted to approve a bill that says drivers cannot use their phones for almost any activity while driving. The bill includes phone use while sitting in traffic or at a stoplight. The exceptions are calling 911, answering a phone call or changing a song, as long as you only have to press one button. The bill now heads to the House for consideration.

Bags of frozen fruit sold at Walmart are being recalled because of possible listeria contamination. The FDA this week announced a voluntary recall of several fruit products including Great Value 16-ounce bags of cherries. Also being recalled are bags of fruit from the Whole Foods brand 365 Organic. The recall is based on a third-party supplier that may be dealing with listeria contamination, which can cause diarrhea, nausea, fever and other symptoms. So far, no illnesses have been confirmed.

The Philadelphia Phillies and New York Mets will play a two-game series in London. MLB commissioner Rob Manfred confirmed the June 8-9 games at London Stadium on Friday, ahead of this weekend’s series between the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs.
