Today marks the last day Pennsylvania residents can register to vote in next month's election. Secretary of the Commonwealth Leigh Chapman says there's a lot riding on the results. "We have a governor's race, an open U.S. Senate race. In this election, you're electing all the members of the state House and half of the state Senate. So your vote matters," Chapman says. You can register to vote online at www.vote.pa.gov/register or by visiting your county's voter registration office.

The two candidates in Pennsylvania's Senate race spent the weekend talking crime, with Republican Mehmet Oz saying Democrat John Fetterman and Democrats cannot be trusted when it comes to law and order. "When you side with the criminals over law-abiding citizens, people get upset. The folks in Philadelphia have been saying they feel like they're part of a social experiment. These are their words, white, woke people make rules but aren't there to deal with the consequences of them," Oz says. Fetterman claims Oz has no record at all on the issue and is a phony. "Dr. Oz has never done one single issue toward crime. He uses it as a photo op. He shows up and pretends to care," Fetterman says.

Pennsylvania voters will have only one chance to see their U.S. Senate candidates in a debate. That comes tomorrow night when Democrat John Fetterman and Republican Mehmet Oz face each other at a Harrisburg TV studio. The hour-long debate Tuesday will air across the state. It's going to be the only state-wide debate this year as the candidates for governor, Democrat Josh Shapiro and Republican Doug Mastriano, couldn't come to terms about a debate for themselves.
