The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is warning residents of poor air quality today. A Code Orange Air Quality Action Day for ozone is being issued for Bucks County and the Lehigh Valley. This means there will be unhealthy pollution levels for sensitive groups of people today. Young children, the elderly and people with respiratory problems like asthma, bronchitis and emphysema should limit outdoor activities.

One man is dead following a skydiving accident in Monroe County. The accident happened Monday afternoon when Frank Kancso of New York was found unresponsive in the landing area of Sky's the Limit Skydiving Center in Smithfield Township near East Stroudsburg. Kancso was reported to have been an experienced skydiver with thousands of prior jumps. An emergency communications official says Kancso's parachute did open, but he landed hard. It's unclear what caused the hard landing to happen. The Federal Aviation Administration is currently investigating the accident.

Police in Palmer Township are warning of a door-to-door scam. Investigators say a female is knocking on doors asking for donations for children with disabilities. In return, police say the woman is offering a free gift from a local nursery. Officials say the money is not for children with disabilities and that the nursery is not participating in any offers. Police say to call 911 immediately if the scammer comes to your door.

A Nittany Lions football player is facing criminal mischief charges in Centre County. Safety Jonathan Sutherland is accused of discharging a nine-millimeter handgun toward a line of trees May 21st. At least one bullet ended up in someone's condo. His preliminary hearing is set for August 4th.

A popular amusement resort is still in need of workers for the summer season. In hopes of drawing new applicants, Knoebels just announced a new wage increase. Officials with the park says they boosted the wages for both current and future team members this past weekend. That means new seasonal hires can now earn up to $11 an hour to start.

A Mount Laurel man is in police custody after yelling racial slurs at his neighbors in a video that's now gone viral. A large crowd gathered outside Edward Matthews home Monday afternoon to cheer as he was escorted out by police before he was processed at Burlington County Jail. Matthews made another video before he was arrested, admitting to using the n-word and other hateful language, adding he lost his composure. He's now facing several charges.
