Here's what's trending for March 1.

Officials have identified the woman who was shot to death Friday night outside a Lehigh County Walmart. Police say they were called to the Walmart on MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township around 7 o'clock Friday night. When they arrived, they found 20-year-old Nicolette Law and another person inside a parked car suffering from gunshot wounds. Law later died. The other victim's condition has not been released. Police have now arrested 23-year-old Edward Rosario-Jimenez, of Whitehall Township, for the killing. Investigators have not yet given a motive for the killing.

Lehigh University is planning to hold in-person graduation ceremonies for both the Class of 2020, who didn't get one due to the pandemic, and the Class of 2021. Specifics regarding the ceremonies have yet to be released, but officials say more details will come later this month. University officials say the recent decline in COVID-19 student positivity rates reflects the efforts of their students and they want to affirm their efforts and thank them for their patience and willingness to do the right things.

U.S. Sen. Bob Casey is confirming that all the migrant families being held at the Berks Family Residential Center have been released. Casey made the announcement Sunday, saying that the remaining individuals inside the facility in Bern Township were released last Friday. Casey says he'll work towards closing the center for good to protect future migrant families and children.

The Pennsylvania Department of Education is planning to allow public schools the option to delay standardized tests until the fall. The department sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Education over the weekend regarding their plan. State officials say they recognize the challenges schools and students have faced during the pandemic and they will not use results from the pandemic year for any high stakes purposes.

The Adams County Republican Committee is censuring U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey for his vote to convict former President Donald Trump during his second impeachment trial. The group called the proceedings against the ex-president felonious. Toomey has also been censured by the York County Republican Committee.

Authorities are investigating the cause of a fire that damaged an abandoned resort property in the Poconos. The fire happened Sunday morning at an old Birchwood Resort prperty along Birchwood Road. No injuries were reported. Five fire companies were called to assist in containing the blaze.

Stroudsburg is being recognized as one of Pennsylvania's most charming small cities by a national magazine. Travel-Mag released its top ten list for the most charming towns and small cities in the state and Stroudsburg made the cut. Officials are looking for feedback on New Jersey's Economic Recovery Act of 2020. Gov. Phil Murphy signed the package of bills last month, creating tax incentive, financing and grant programs to address the impact COVID-19 has had on the economy. The NJ Economic Development Authority says it recently launched a survey to collect input on the current outline. Anyone who wants to take part can find the form at www.NJEDA.com and the link to its Economic Recovery Act should show up on the home page.

It's a big day for New Jersey's sports and entertainment centers. Starting today, facilities will be able to welcome fans for the first time in nearly a year. Indoor venues can hold 10-percent capacity while outdoor venues can have 15-percent capacity with assigned seats. A small amount of fans will also be allowed to attend college games.

While he probably didn't like what he saw on the field in his team's Spring Training opener, Phillies manager Joe Girardi liked what he saw in the seats: a limited number of fans. "It's a much better feel. I love it. To see and hear the fans in the stands makes it even better I think for all of us," Girardi says. The Phillies lost to the Tigers 10-2. The Phils play Baltimore this afternoon.
