Accu-Weather's Joe Lundberg says you should prepare for quite a bit of snow beginning very early Thursday morning. He says it'll probably snow almost all day tomorrow. "I think if there's sleet that mixes in it's probably not until mid-afternoon and then that's going to be the case for late afternoon and early tomorrow night and then the precipitation really starts to become lighter in intensity and more intermittent in nature later tomorrow night and then end as just snow flurries late tomorrow night and early on Friday," Lundberg says. By the time the final snowflake falls, Lundberg thinks we could end up with six-to-ten inches of snow.

2377 new cases of coronavirus were added to the state's total Tuesday, which now stands at 899,237. Seven new coronavirus-related deaths were reported Tuesday, leaving the state's total at 23,126. Right now there are 2447 people in Pennsylvania hospitals with COVID-19. 504 of them are in the intensive care unit.

Thousands of Pennsylvanians eligible to receive the coronavirus vaccine continue to come up empty when searching for appointments to do just that. St. Rep. Michael Schlossberg says he understands their annoyance. "They have every right to be confused and aggravated and frustrated," Schlossberg says. St. Rep. Gary Day chairs the state's Aging Committee and says he will meet with the committee in the next few weeks and hopes to create a plan to get the vaccine distributed with a high priority to seniors. "How do we get the vaccine to the 2.3 million people over 65 fairly?" Day says. The state Department of Health says it has administered 1.7 million vaccinations so far.

Northampton County and LANTA are teaming up to offer seniors free rides to their COVID-19 vaccine appointments. Northampton County senior citizens who are registered with LANTA's shared ride service can get free door-to-door trips to and from their vaccine appointments. Those interested in the service but aren't yet registered can call 1-888-253-8333 between 7am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday or from 8am to 4:30pm on Saturday.

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy is knocking on wood that coronavirus indicators continue heading in the right direction, which is down. It comes as the state reported more than 3100 additional cases and confirmed 31 new deaths related to the virus. The state's positivity rate is down eight-percent from a week ago and nearly half from a month ago. More than one-million New Jerseyans have now received the vaccine.

The 2022 political picture is starting to take shape. Montgomery County Commissioner Joe Gale has announced he will be running for governor next year. The Republican previously ran briefly for lieutenant governor in 2018 but was forced from the ballot because he didn't meet the age requirement. Gale's brother, Sean, has also announced he is running for Senate in 2022. Sean Gale, also a Republican, ran unsuccessfully for Montgomery County commissioner in 2019. Philadelphia St. Rep. Brian Sims says he is a candidate for lieutenant governor next year. Sims, a Democrat, has been a state representative since 2013. Current Lt. Gov. John Fetterman previously announced he is running for the Senate next year.

Authorities say an Allentown man tried to rape an autistic teen one year ago. Allentown police charged Elvis Ortiz, of South Sixth Street, with the alleged attack last February. The 37-year-old was charged and arrested on Monday. The mother of the victim says last February 17th, she saw Ortiz running down the stairs saying, “She’s crazy, she’s lying,” according to court records. The woman said she found her partially-clothed daughter crying with a torn shirt. The victim said Ortiz tried to rape her.

A double home on Easton’s South Side has been shuttered after large cracks developed on one side and a hole was discovered near the foundation. The owners of 226 and 228 W. St. Joseph St. have been told to determine whether the building is stable or if it's compromised to the point it needs to be torn down.

New Jersey Transit is trying to connect veterans with jobs amid the coronavirus pandemic. The agency is teaming with jobs program "Edge4Vets" to connect New Jersey veterans, National Guard members, transitioning military service personnel and their spouses to careers in transportation. The program is set to launch this spring.

The Trump Plaza in Atlantic City has been imploded today. The hotel and casino once owned by former President Donald Trump was imploded at 9 this morning.
