A teenager is dead and another is injured after a Sunday night incident in Monroe County. Three juveniles were stopped in a vehicle in a neighborhood in Polk Township shortly before 7:30 p.m. Police say multiple people approached the vehicle, robbed the teens and fired shots into the car. 15-year-old Aiden Paiz was shot and died at the scene and a 17-year-old was also shot and taken to the hospital with injuries. The third juvenile was not hurt according to police.

After a federal judge in Williamspsort rejected a lawsuit filed by President Trump's campaign, campaign attorney Jenna Ellis says the legal battle isn't over yet. "We have not yet had what the legal process calls an evidentiary hearing. That's where you go into court and tell a judge you have evidence and ask to present the witnesses," Ellis says. The lawsuit sought to prevent Pennsylvania from certifying its election results. The Joe Biden campaign says, "Yet another court has rejected Trump and Rudy Giuliani's baseless claims of voter fraud and their appalling assault on our democracy."

One of the people who helped President Trump prepare for his debates against Joe Biden says it's time for the President to throw in the towel. "I've been a supporter of the President. I voted for him twice. But elections have consequences and we cannot continue to act that something happened here that didn't happen," says ex-New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. He says the conduct of President Trump's legal team has been a national embarrassment.

A Berks County woman is being charged with coughing on a nurse. Jessica Saul was charged Sunday after coughing in the face of a St. Luke's Care Now nurse earlier this month. Police say Saul intentionally lowered her mask, coughed and said "take that" before leaving the urgent care center. She faces charges of reckless endangerment of another person and disorderly conduct.

Roadside America is closing its doors for good after more than eight decades in business. Roadside America, located along I-78 in Berks County, announced the closure over the weekend and says it will be auctioning off display pieces throughout the next few weeks. The miniature train village tourist attraction had been open for 85 years.

Gov. Tom Wolf is reportedly going to sign the recently passed state budget into law. The seven-month spending plan includes a $4.3 billion deficit. Over the summer, lawmakers worked out a five-month budget to allow them flexibility to reevaluate its spending amid the pandemic.

There are reports that a COVID-19 outbreak has hit Republicans in Pennsylvania's House of Representatives. Blair County Republican Jim Gregory says he tested positive for COVID-19 and his last day inside the Capitol was November 10th.

The pandemic has forced the closure of many tourist attractions in Philadelphia, including Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell Center and the visitors center. All of the closures were effective last week and will last through the end of the calendar year.

New Jersey is staying under a state of emergency for another month as coronavirus cases continue to spike. Sunday, Gov. Phil Murphy extended the order, which has been in place since March, for another 30 days. Officials reported just under 4000 additional infections Sunday and 15 deaths. Murphy says hope is on the horizon but the pandemic is far from over.

Several business owners are fed up with New Jersey's coronavirus restrictions, which impact operating hours. Elected officials joined protesters in front of the Morris Township Police Department before marching about a mile away to Morristown Police Department, saying businesses can't afford another shutdown. Earlier this month, Gov. Phil Murphy restricted bars and restaurants from serving people after 10pm and has also allowed municipalities to set early curfews. Murphy says he doesn't want to shut down nonessential businesses unless they're explicitly tied to coronavirus infections.

The Cleveland Browns knocked off the Eagles in the rain Sunday afternoon. After the 22-17 loss, Eagles coach Doug Pederson said this game, like most others, was winnable. "These games come down to three or four plays and this game game came down to four plays that were mistakes by us. The turnovers. The costly penalties," Pederson says. The Eagles drop to 3-6-1, which incredibly remains good enough for first place in the NFC East.

Bryce and Kayla Harper are celebrating the birth of their second child. The Phillies right fielder and his wife welcomed a baby girl, Brooklyn Elizabeth Harper, after have a son, Krew, back in August 2019.
